• Tickets and Passes:All ticket and pass purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Tickets are valid only for the date(s) specified.
• Park Rules:All visitors to our water park must comply with all posted park rules, safety guidelines, and the instructions of our staff. Failure to do so may result in your immediate removal from the park without refund.
• Assumption of Risk:By entering our water park, you acknowledge that you are participating in activities with inherent risks, including but not limited to falling, drowning, or injury from equipment. You voluntarily assume all such risks and release Arihant Industrial Corporation Limited from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
• Photography and Video:You grant Arihant Industrial Corporation Limited the right to use, for promotional purposes, any photographs or videos taken of you and your family while in the water park.
