Description
Operation:
The components are continuously fed from one end of a pair
of hyperbolic rollers and finished products are collected at
the other end. Pneumatic oscillation system gives 1600 -
1800 strokes per minute to the superfinishing heads having
rough to finish stones. These stones are pressed against the
rotating components with the help of pneumatic cylinders.
During superfinishing operation, the components rotate; the
superfinishing stones oscillate parallel to the axis of the
components at a very high frequency generated by pneumatic
power unit.
By
regular flushing action with the help of coolant high degree
of surface finish as fine as 0.02 micron Ra can be achieved.
This also improves roundness and bearing contact area
eliminating chatter marks, feed spirals resulted during
previous operation.

Applications
ARISUP
300 TF / 500 TF / 800 TF are the most suitable machines to
superfinish cylindrical components like Gudgeon Pins,
Rollers, Needles, Piston Rods of Shock Absorber, Computer
Printer Rods, Textile Spindles etc. on mass production
basis. All ground or fine turned components can be
superfinished. Depending upon the production requirement
the machine with 2, 4, 6 or 8 stations is selected.
