Operation:

The range and size of machine varies according to the number of cam lobes to be superfinished from single head model to six head models can be offered.  It works pneumatically and with electric motors.  The surface finish and accuracy are achieved by the reciprocation of shafts and pneumatic pressure action of the superfinishing stones of different grits on the lobes.  During superfinishing not only superfinishing but also the waviness improves considerably.
